How much do your services cost?
We offer three tariff plans: “Economy”, “Standard” and “Comfort”. You also independently determine the completeness you need when preparing documents. Thus, you determine the final price. Additional information can be obtained from the article "About the cost of services."
How to start cooperation if I am an Investor?
Before investing, we suggest familiarizing yourself with the project by filling out a questionnaire. You will then receive a free consultation to discuss your goals and preferences. Signing an NDA will ensure the security of commercial information. After studying the documents, you will decide to invest. Signing a partnership agreement will complete the process and begin cooperation; if necessary, we can provide assistance in moderating it. Upon completion of cooperation, we will be glad to receive your feedback and suggestions for improvement.
How to start cooperation if I am the Project Initiator?
Before starting cooperation, we invite you to fill out and send us a brief to understand the essence of your project and determine the areas of cooperation. You will then receive a free consultation via Zoom or Google Meet, where we will discuss your goals and assess the prospects for the project. We will provide you with an express conclusion about the project and tell you about possible areas of cooperation and our tariffs. After consultation, we will prepare a commercial proposal, which, after your consent, will be formalized in a contract. Project work includes the creation of a working group, regular meetings, and checkpoints to evaluate progress. Upon completion of cooperation, we will be glad to receive your feedback and suggestions for improvement.
Why fill out the brief?
We suggest you provide us with only the necessary information about your project so that we can match you with an experienced specialist from our company. This will help us reduce the preparation time for the introductory conversation and avoid studying unnecessary and unstructured information. On an optional basis, we are unable to process large volumes of material provided by clients as this is not realistic within the scope of a free consultation.
Will your company attract investment for my project?
We specialize in helping start-ups develop, including developing a concept, financial model and preparing for investment. However, we do not guarantee attracting an investor to your project. We offer support only to those projects that we ourselves have helped develop and prepare for investment, avoiding raising funds in other people's projects due to risks and lack of readiness. Our main focus is financial and management consulting, and attracting investors is an additional service that is not our main focus.
Why do I need to prepare project documents?
Why do I need to prepare documents for the project? The investor is not interested in the business idea, but in the most realistic project. The key difference between a business idea and a project is the level of elaboration and prepared materials. Can you review the information I provided about the project?
We will be happy to study the materials provided, but only after you become our client, and not at the stage of preliminary negotiations. Preliminary negotiations are aimed at determining the prospects for cooperation and identifying the client’s problems in order to help us solve them. To do this, it is enough to familiarize yourself with the brief and conduct telephone or video negotiations, since studying extensive materials at this stage will take too much time and does not meet the goals. After concluding the contract, we undertake to study all the materials provided, and payment for the time spent on this will be included in the agreed tariff.
