Founder

Our story

Finetic Consulting was founded in 2019 as an independent advisory firm that works solely in the client’s interest — the startup founder, the investor or the owner of an operating business.

We grew out of hands-on practice: assessing business models, preparing for funding rounds, valuing and restructuring deals, and implementing the decisions taken. We speak the language of numbers and deal terms and take decisions through to a measurable result.
