Frequently asked questions

How much do your services cost?

It depends on the task, the volume of materials and the timing. After the introductory call we send a proposal: the work broken into stages, the effort in hours and the total price. The call itself takes 15–30 minutes and is free of charge.

How do we start working together?

Book an introductory call or fill in the project brief. On the call we discuss the task and timing; within 3 working days we send a proposal, and once it is agreed we sign a contract and start work.

Why fill in the brief?

The brief gives us the essentials in advance: what the project is, its stage, the team and the investment it needs. The introductory call is then spent on your questions rather than on collecting facts, and we can bring in the right specialist straight away. The brief is not an assessment: assessing the project on its merits is contracted work.

Will your company attract investment for my project?

We take on the search for investors who are interested in your project and set up meetings with them. Whether you and the investor agree on terms is decided in the negotiations, and nobody can guarantee that. This is why one of our formats is a fee for each meeting arranged with an interested investor plus a success fee when the deal closes.

Why do I need to prepare project documents?

An investor puts money not into an idea but into a project that can be checked: concept, roadmap, financial model, commercial offer, pitch deck and legal documents. The better they are prepared, the shorter the road from the first meeting to the investor’s decision.

Can you review the information I provided about the project?

Yes, once a contract is signed: reviewing the materials is part of the work and of its price. Before that, the brief and the introductory call are enough for us to understand the task and define the scope.

How do I pay for your services?

Under a contract or an agreed proposal, stage by stage: each stage has its own deliverable and price. For investor search, either a fixed monthly fee or a fee for each meeting arranged with an interested investor, in both cases plus a success fee when the deal closes.

Not sure which service you need?
