What was done:
- Creation of the Project Concept: “Finetic Consulting” started from scratch by intervening in the presentation of the business idea proposed by the Project Initiator. The company developed and formalized a comprehensive Project Concept, defining the strategy and direction.
- Site search and clearance: A site for the first hotel has been searched and a preliminary contract has been signed.
- Competition among architectural firms: A competition was held among Spanish architectural and design firms, which resulted in the signing of a contract with the winner. This ensured a high level of professionalism in the architectural part of the project.
- Estimate and roadmap:** A preliminary project estimate and implementation roadmap were prepared.
- Financial Model and Roadmap: Finetic Consulting has developed a sophisticated Financial Model that takes into account many variables and aspects of the project. Scenarios are provided 6 years in advance to predict cash flow, profit and loss, and provide visualization for investors.
- Negotiations with local authorities: Successful negotiations were held with the local authorities of the island to agree on the architectural design.
- Selection of a law firm: A law firm was selected to contract and coordinate the project with local authorities.
- Preparation of presentation materials: Presentation materials on the project that attracted the investor’s attention were prepared.
- Assisted in drafting an agreement with an investor: Assisted in drafting an agreement between a funder and an investor.
Results:
