The Finetic Consulting approach

 

Finetic Consulting was founded in 2019 as an independent advisory firm dedicated solely to serving the interests of its clients – startup founders, investors, and business owners. From day one, our focus has been on protecting our clients’ interests and achieving measurable results – in financial outcomes, deal structure, and management performance.

We grew out of hands-on practice – assessing business models, preparing companies for funding rounds, valuing and restructuring transactions, and implementing agreed solutions. At every stage, we act as a partner aligned solely with the client. Clients choose us for our independent judgment, commercially sound solutions, and operational involvement that drives results.

We work with clients across Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Asia, supporting projects in key international markets. Leads engagements in management accounting, budgeting, and performance oversight, ensuring alignment between shareholders and executive teams. Oversees debt and equity financing, investor relations, and transaction support—helping clients secure capital, enhance financial stability, and achieve sustainable growth.
